The NARA Information Resource Management Strategic Plan (IRM) addresses all information resources management. The Office of Management and Budget (OMB) requires agencies to develop and maintain their IRM as required by 44 U.S.C. 3506 (b) (2). NARA's IRM supports the Strategic Plan, provides a description of how information resources management activities help accomplish NARA's missions, and ensures that IRM decisions are integrated with organizational planning, budget, procurement, financial management, human resources management, and program decisions.
