The Library and the Truman Library Institute will host a program to commemorate the 70th Anniversary of Harry Truman鈥檚 decision to desegregate the Armed Forces. COL (R) Norma Bradford will discuss her career in the U.S. Army, from 2nd Lieutenant to Colonel. She will be in conversation with Rawn James, author of 鈥淒ouble V: How Wars, Protest, and Harry Truman Desegregated America鈥檚 Military.鈥�
